Jack started tie-dying as a hobby five years ago. A year later he received a flyer for the Young American's Bank marketplace in Denver. The program supports young entrepreneurs and allows them to sell their products at markets in the Denver area. His first year, Jack won a competition for best business in his age group, because his designs are extremely popular and appealing.  The only catch to winning the contest, all products have to be handmade... So Jack started getting serious about Tie Dye!

Jack sells his products in markets all over Colorado and New Mexico. Jack uses all natural dyes, and works with 100% natural fiber cloth/materials, preferably organically grown. He does all of his tie-dying by hand.  He mixes deep, vibrant colors – the results are colorfast and artistic.  His clothes become the customer’s favorites, the lucky shirt or socks.  Who can have a bad day when they wear tie dye socks?

In addition to creating beautiful designs, Jack works with lots of unique products. One of his top sellers is his 'tie dye toilet paper'. While he doesn’t recommend it for everyday use, it's an excellent conversation piece and is great for decorating bathrooms! Check out the Items Page for more examples of his products - including tie dye sheets, shirts, socks, shoelaces, sweatshirts and even boxer-briefs!

Jack is grateful for the support from the Young American's Bank, the Children's Hospital of Denver and the Young Entrepreneurs program. He is passionate about his business and hopes to bring tie-dye back to the mainstream.
